It's BBQ season here in Australia! Make these grilled sweet potato with chilli crisps for your next event.
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, sliced into 0.5 cm thick slices
- olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garam masala
- chilli crisp, for garnishing
- parsley, for garnishing
Directions
Place the sliced sweet potatoes in a bowl. Drizzle them with olive oil and season with salt and garam masala. Toss well to coat evenly.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat. Arrange the sweet potato slices flat on the grill. Flip them every 5-7 minutes. Continue grilling until they are cooked through, which should take about 18-20 minutes.
- Once grilled, remove the sweet potato slices from the grill. Garnish with chilli crisp and parsley before serving.
