Ingredients
- 3L(5¼ pints) beef stock (see my beef stock recipe)
- 2L(3½ pints) chicken stock (see my chicken stock recipe)
Directions
Add both stocks to a pot and bring to a simmer.
Simmer until the liquid has reduced by four times, then pass it through a fine sieve and allow it to cool. It will store in the fridge for 4 to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 1 year.
