Free shipping on orders over $150 (AUD).
Standard shipping is $10 and will take 4-7 business days
International Orders
All international locations will be based on weight and the type of shipping service chosen. To find the shipping cost, add the items to your cart and once this is done, all the different options and shipping prices will be shown for your specific location before finalising a sale.
International orders can take up to 15 days to arrive.

Returns & Exchanges
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact the Andy Cooks Team on support@andy-cooks.com with your order details and confirmation number so we can assist you.
We will happily provide a replacement item or issue a refund upon return of the original item. Postage is non-refundable. The refund will be made to the original form of payment and cannot be amended.
We do not accept returns based on a change of mind, so please choose carefully when placing your order. If you have any questions about the products, email us on support@andy-cooks.com and we’ll gladly provide you with more information where possible.
