Shipping & Delivery

  • Once you place your order, it will be dispatched within 24-72 hours. You will receive both an order confirmation with the order details and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this tracking link to see the progress of your order.
  • AUS/NZ standard shipping is $10 and will take 4-7 business days
  • International orders will take up to 15 days
  • Some items shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost charged by this website, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Andy Cooks Products. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Sometimes emails end up in the junk folder, please check there first and if it’s not there contact us onsupport@andy-cooks.comwith the details and we will resend the order confirmation or shipping confirmation

  • We ask that you check the timeframe for delivery and if it’s after the expected delivery dates, please contact the shipping company directly as they will have the most up to date information for you. If you need more help after contacting the shipping company, please email us on support@andy-cooks.com with your order details.
  • We ship to most countries worldwide, including Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom and most of Europe. However, if your country isn’t on our list it means we haven’t made it there yet.

Refunds & Returns

  • Please read our returns policy (insert link to page) to determine whether youritem is eligible for a return.
  • To return an item, contact us on support@andy-cooks.com with your ordernumber and reason for the return.

Your Order

  • We’re sorry to hear that, but send us an email with the details and we’ll get this organised for you if it’s prior to being processed with the warehouse team.
  • Some items may be available for pre-order if they are sold out but please check the date for delivery as it will be longer than usual. Make sure you keep an eye out on socials as Andy will announce when new items are launched or when items are back in stock.
  • Unfortunately, we can’t offer this at the moment.
  • Unfortunately, the products come directly from the warehouse so Andy is unable to sign the products. From time to time, Andy holds events where you can meet him and that’s a perfect opportunity to get something signed. Follow his socials to stay up to date.

  • Best way to know about new products and promotions is to sign up to the Andy Cooks email list. Don’t worry, we won’t spam you! We only send emails when there’s something exciting to share with you.
  • We get it! If you find the last email we sent you, scroll down to the end of the email and you will find an unsubscribe link. Click on this and follow the prompts to be removed from the email list.

  • Our products are mindfully made in China. We take pride in working withfactories that uphold similar values and are doing their part to minimise waste and are working towards sustainable and ethical practices. We aim to use more eco fabrications and materials in our products where possible and stay away from single use plastics and excessive packaging.
  • All of our items are shipped from the warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
