It's BBQ season - here's a great dessert to finish off your lunch!

Ingredients

1 pineapple, peeled and cut into 8 wedges
300g smooth ricotta
2 tbsp hot honey

Directions

Preheat your grill to a high temperature. Grill the pineapple wedges until they develop a nice char. This should take about 8-10 minutes.
Once the pineapple is grilled, drizzle hot honey over the wedges.
Garnish each wedge with a dollop of smooth ricotta.
