Homemade BBQ sauce is better than anything you will buy in a supermarket. Here is how you can make it at home.
Ingredients
- 250g ketchup
- 90g brown sugar
- 60ml apple cider vinegar
- 30g maple syrup
- 8 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 3 dashes Maggi seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Directions
Place everything in a saucepan and cook over a medium low heat for 20 minutes
- Once it's cooked, pour into a clean bottle and store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
